Did a lot better this week. I lost three pounds, go me. I really need to get with Tracy and see when the final weigh in date will be. The exercise has been lacking, but I'm hoping to pick things back up soon. Been trying to take a walk around the SeaArk Marine plant when I get feeling cooped up inside at my desk. So maybe that will at least get me some exercise during the day.
